a result of their experiences. Some phobias
seem to have no apparent cause. Phobia, flashbacks,
loss of sleep, irritability, change of character,
anxiety, a feeling of loss, hopelessness.
These are some of the feelings that people
have described to us. You can move on.

and a new belief that although the past is
fixed in place now, your future is waiting
